Joe qualified as a dental hygienist in 1994 at the Institute of Dental Health Training whilst serving in the Royal Air Force.

Joe joined Hampton House in 2012 and also works at Glenfield Hospital working alongside maxillofacial surgeons. Joe is most at ease in the water as she is an advanced Scuba diver, Sailor and Kayaker.
